Menopause happens to half of the human population, but we don’t talk about it. People affected by menopause are unaware of its effects, even though it’s a major hormonal shift. Kind of like... puberty. By reframing menopause as a “second puberty,” we can get people to stop and consider what’s really happening to their bodies.
